A very, very dear person to me, emailed me this video, & when I read the title I really did not recognize the direct message. After a year-and-a-half of a "New Life", totally forgot who I was before that, for 27 years... I was an introvert, & yes, circumstances drove me to become an extrovert, but I do miss A LOT my "suitcase" & at times, specially my creativity, in any projection, I adopt back that introvert inside me. I knew & now confirmed that this Cultural, Psychological, Social, Educational Globalization is letting each one of us, in our different shapes or forms, feel understood, & therefore, bring the best of us. 
Hope to help at least one more introvert <3

"Checklist to Create a Vision."

Sitting here, 'Organizing my life' makes me think all the time we spend planning, which hopefully u do, & all the little aspects u have to consider to make an effective Plan. This is what I got,

1. Create ur Vision, what is ur Happy Ending? What is the result u expect from this planning process??
2. What will take for u to get there?? Meaning legally, economically, time management, etc.
3. To make ur planning effective & progressive, having goals set & a timeline are the greatest Business Tool that does defines ur Business future, is like having a map to find the treasure. Create Yearly goals, divide them by monthly, weekly & daily & DO have them reacheable, maybe on a SubCalendar on ur iCloud or Outlook.
4. Always keep yourself, partners, employees informed. Flow information about ur industry throughout ur office, keep ur stuff progressive & incentive...

This as it is, *is a good start.
